Do you ship outside the USA?

No, not at the moment. Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs and long delivery times, we are unable to offer international shipping. We plan to improve this in the future. Stay tuned!

Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand you, although we wish we could, once an order is placed, we’re currently unable to modify or cancel it. We hope to offer it in the future.

What are your returns and refunds policies?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product (such as a damaged product or a manufacturing error), we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please include a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong scent, product, or simply changed your mind. This policy allows us to offer you better prices by eliminating such types of returns.

What are your shipping times?

2 - 5 business days.

Once we receive your order, the preparation process begins. This is usually completed within 24 business hours. After that, your package is handed over to the shipping company. You can check the shipping status of your order anytime on our "Track Your Order" page. If you have any questions or issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us here.

How much does shipping cost?

If you order one item, the shipping fee is $7.99. If you order more than one item, shipping is free!
