Once we receive your order, the preparation process begins. This is usually completed within 24 business hours. After that, your package is handed over to the shipping company. Returns
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product (such as a damaged product or a manufacturing error), we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please include a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong scent, product, or simply changed your mind. This policy allows us to offer you better prices by eliminating such types of returns.
